Mymenu is a technology company born with the aim of revolutionizing the food delivery sector in Italy. 

In addition to the home delivery service, Mymenu offers a food catering and e-grocery service. Unlike competitors, Mymenu works with selected high-end restaurants (including some Michelin-star).

The company targets both private and corporate clients. The service is focused on Northern Italy.

The acquirer in the transaction was Pellegrini Spa, which confirmed its position as a leading company in the sector of high quality catering.
