Barberino’s is a Brand dedicated to men’s grooming and lifestyle with an offer that includes:

  • classic style barber salons
  • range of private label products 

Founded in 2015, today the Company has over ten operating stores in Italy and one franchise in Korea. Products are mainly distributed through two channels: stores, where customers purchase after receiving service, and through e-commerce.

THE ADVISOR’S SUPPORT

With the help of CBGC, Barberino’s met several Italian and international funds and business angels, collecting significant early commitments. Following excellent preliminary discussions, CBGC assisted Barberino’s in an equity crowdfunding campaign on MamaCrowd. The campaign was oversubscribed with a raised amount of €1,25M, to which a top-up of 400K of bank debt was added.
