Ami Pokè is the first Pokè Bar chain in Rome, leader in the city and among the main players in Italy. Founded in 2018 by Alessandro De Crescenzo and Riccardo Bellini, the company differs from its competitors for the distinctive design of the locations and for its wide and diversified menu.

SCENARIO

Ami Pokè was looking for new capital to expand on the national territory with new stores mainly in cities near Rome and strategically in the North of Italy and to implement the management team.

THE ADVISOR’S SUPPORT

GC acted as exclusive advisor to Ami Pokè in structuring the Series A round. GC supported the Company in the preparation of the business plan and documentation ancillary to the transaction, including market research and analysis. GC also handled the identification of the lead investor and the negotiation.

The round was led by Azimut Libera Impresa through AZ ELTIF – ALIcrowd, the first venture capital ELTIF in Italy that also uses crowdfunding to invest in the best start-ups.
